Account & Finance Manager

Part-time.

We are a growing creative agency specializing in producing high-quality digital content and brand experiences for our clients. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a remote 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a confident and motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial and administrative background, who enjoys structuring contracts, overseeing payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling client accounts, invoicing, reconciling payments, and financial reporting in a small business or creative agency setting.

Remote (EST time zone preferred)

Responsibilities:

‍

  • Contracts & Client Accounts:
    • Draft and manage client contracts and service agreements.
    • Track contract terms, renewals, and compliance.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all agreements.

  • Invoicing & Payments:
    • Generate and send invoices to clients.
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Maintain an organized accounts receivable system.

‍

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
    • Track and categorize expenses and revenue.
    • Reconcile bank transactions and prepare financial summaries.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support financial decisions.
    • Coordinate with an external accountant for tax filings and reporting.

  • Operational Support:
    • Maintain financial records and organize receipts for tax purposes.
    • Identify areas for process improvement in financial workflows.
    • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payments and contracts.

Qualifications:

‍

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • Familiarity with client contracts, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the creative, marketing, or digital services industry is a plus.

Contract & Compensation:

‍

  • Job Type: Part-time, freelance (flexible hours)
  • Pay: Hourly or fixed monthly retainer (based on experience)
  • Schedule: 10-15 hours per week, remote (EST time zone preferred)
