Social Media design

Your brand is posting every week. The question is whether it looks like it.

The feed is one of the most competitive design environments in existence. Your audience is moving fast, distracted, and actively trained to skip anything that does not earn their attention in under two seconds. Great social media design is not about being beautiful in isolation. It is about stopping the scroll, communicating instantly, and doing it again tomorrow, and the day after.

Saije Studio designs the social media graphics, content templates, and visual systems that let your brand show up at that standard, consistently, without your team rebuilding the wheel every time a new post goes out.

You need volume and quality at the same time. That is a hard problem.

Social media does not reward the occasional great post. It rewards presence: a brand that shows up consistently, looks intentional every time, and builds a visual identity across the feed that your audience comes to recognise before they even read the caption.

Most brands manage one of these two things. They either produce a lot of content that looks variable in quality, or they produce occasional posts that look beautiful but cannot sustain the pace. The gap between those two positions is a design system problem, not a content problem.

What your social feed needs is not more effort. It is the right infrastructure: a set of templates, visual formats, and design logic that your team can produce quickly, that look considered every time, and that compound into a recognisable brand presence over weeks and months, not just a single scroll.

What we design

A visual system for every platform you show up on.

We design social media creative across formats, platforms, and use cases — built as a coherent visual system, not a collection of individual posts.
Static post graphics and single-image content
The foundation of any social presence. Announcements, thought leadership, product highlights, campaign imagery, and evergreen content designed to stop the scroll and communicate clearly at a glance. Built in your brand, sized for every platform, and delivered in formats your team can work with.
Carousel and multi-frame content
The evidence your prospects look for before they say yes. We design case study templates and finished documents that present your outcomes with the same quality as the work they describe. A poorly designed case study undersells a strong result. A well-designed one multiplies it.
Story and Reel graphic frames
Vertical formats built for the platforms your audience spends the most time on. Intro frames, overlay graphics, branded lower-thirds, and motion-ready assets designed for Stories and Reels that feel native to the format without disappearing into it.
Social media templates and content systems
The infrastructure your team actually needs. A set of master templates — built in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express — that your marketing team can populate and publish without needing a designer for every post. Every template is built within your brand system, with locked design elements and flexible content zones that keep every output on-brand even when the designer is not in the room.
Profile design and platform setup
The first impression your profile makes before anyone has read a single post. Profile photography direction, cover image design, highlight covers, bio and link-in-bio page design, and the overall visual coherence of your presence as a whole across each platform.
Campaign and launch creative
A coordinated set of social assets designed for a specific moment: a product launch, a campaign push, a seasonal promotion, an event. Every format, every size, designed as a unified visual system so the campaign looks intentional across every touchpoint simultaneously.
The process

For template
systems and design infrastructure.

We begin by reviewing your brand thoroughly, then design the template system in full. You review, consolidate feedback, and we finalize. Delivered with a usage guide so your team can produce on-brand content immediately.

Questions we
hear often.

Can you work with the captions and content strategy, or just the design?

Primarily the design, though we work closely with your content strategy so the visuals serve the message rather than just illustrating it. If you have fully developed content, research documents, or a content calendar, bring those to us and we will work from them. If the strategy is still forming, we can offer structural feedback. For clients who need both, we can recommend content strategy partners we have worked with well.

Which platforms do you design for?

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and most major social platforms. Each platform has different format requirements, visual conventions, and audience expectations. We design for the specific platform rather than producing one asset and scaling it across all of them, which produces significantly better results on each.

Can you design components we can use to create our own content in Canva?

Yes. We can build a branded Canva template kit: locked design elements, flexible content zones, and enough layout variations that your team can produce content independently without it drifting from the brand. This is particularly useful for businesses that post at high frequency and need to move faster than briefing a designer each time.

How many posts or assets do you design per project?

It depends on the scope. Some projects are a one-off campaign suite of 10 to 20 assets. Others are an ongoing monthly volume. We scope based on your actual content needs rather than a standard package. Tell us how frequently you post, which platforms you prioritise, and what a typical week of content looks like, and we will recommend the right model.

Can you match the visual look of our existing social feed?

Yes, if the existing look is worth preserving. We assess your current feed honestly: what is working visually, what is not, and whether consistency has been maintained. If the current look reflects your brand well, we will work within it and refine it. If it has drifted or was never quite right, we will say so and recommend a direction that serves the brand better.

How do you handle design for a brand that posts across multiple platforms with very different audiences?

We treat each platform as its own context. The brand stays consistent, but the visual register adapts: what works on LinkedIn is different from what works on Instagram, and both are different from TikTok. We establish the core visual system first and then define how it translates across each platform, so everything feels connected without feeling copied.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding typically takes three to five business days. We use that time to brief the team on your brand, set up your project dashboard, align on turnaround expectations, and confirm your first month's priorities. Most clients have work in production within the first week.

Who will I be working with?

You have a dedicated project manager as your primary point of contact, and a consistent creative team assigned to your account. The same people work your projects month after month. You are not handed off to whoever is available — your team learns your brand and your standards, and that knowledge carries forward into every deliverable.
