Brand Template Kits

Your brand exists. Now your team needs the tools to use it.

Sunlit forest with tall pine trees and rolling hills in the background during golden hour.

Most businesses with a defined brand identity hit the same point: the logo is right, the colours are chosen, the visual language is established. But the materials the team produces every day — the proposals, the decks, the one-pagers, the social posts — still look like they came from six different companies. No one is being careless. They just don’t have the right tools.

The Brand Template Kit is a carefully designed set of production-ready templates, built from your brand identity, usable without a designer, and structured so that anyone on your team produces on-brand work every time.

Our Approach

Brand drift doesn’t happen all at once. It happens one document at a time.

It starts small. Someone needs a proposal quickly, so they open an old file and adjust it. Someone else needs a social graphic, so they use Canva and approximate the colours from memory. A third person produces a client report in whatever template they learned at their last job. Each individual output is acceptable on its own. Collectively, they erode the visual coherence that makes a brand recognisable and trustworthy.

What tends to happen is that clients and prospects who encounter multiple touchpoints from your business form an impression based on the aggregate. When those touchpoints look like they came from different organisations, the implicit message is inconsistency. The Brand Template Kit ends the drift — not by constraining your team, but by giving them a starting point that’s already right, so their decisions are about content, not about what colour the heading should be.

“Independence without inconsistency. Your team moves fast. Everything still looks like it came from the same considered place.”

What's included

Every template your team reaches for, built right.

The Brand Template Kit is a defined suite of your most frequently used business templates, designed as a coherent system from your brand identity outward. Every template in the kit works together — the same typographic hierarchy, the same colour logic, the same spatial rhythm — so materials produced across the suite look like they came from the same place, even when produced by different people at different times.

Presentation Master
A fully designed PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides master — cover, section dividers, content layouts, data slides, quote slides, closing slide. Your team opens a blank deck and starts with something that already looks like your brand.
Proposal template
A designed proposal document in your team’s preferred tool — cover page, scope-of-work layout, pricing page, terms, and signature page. Built so a proposal can be produced in hours and delivered looking like it was made by a studio.
One-pager and sales sheet
A single-page formatted document for product overviews, service summaries, or capability statements. One of the most frequently produced and most frequently inconsistent documents in most businesses. Built in your brand with flexible content zones that update without design skills.
Report and document template
A multi-page document template for quarterly reports, client-facing documents, or internal communications that need to look considered. Cover, executive summary layout, body section formatting, data presentation styles, appendix.
Social media template set
A set of branded post templates in your primary social formats — square, landscape, story, LinkedIn portrait — built in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express. Locked brand elements and flexible content zones so your team can produce a week of content without a designer. Minimum six layout variations.
Email signature
A professionally designed HTML email signature for your team. Every email your team sends is a branded impression. This ensures it’s always correct.

Letterhead and stationery
A letterhead template for formal correspondence, designed for both digital (PDF) and print use. Often the last thing businesses update after a brand refresh and the first thing clients notice is missing.

Brand usage guide
A concise reference document covering how to use every template in the kit: where to find files, what to customise and what to leave fixed, and the most common mistakes to avoid. Written for non-designers so your team is genuinely equipped to use the kit from day one.

how the templates are built

Templates that are actually usable. Not just well-designed.

The difference between a template that gets used and one that gets filed and forgotten is almost always the same thing: whether it was built for a designer to admire or for a non-designer to use.
“A template that requires design knowledge to use correctly is not a template. It’s a design file with the wrong label on it.”
Every template in the kit is built with locked design elements — the parts that should never change — and flexible content zones — the parts your team updates for each new document. Typography, colour, spacing, and brand elements are protected. Content is open and easy to update.

We also test every template against real content before delivery. A template that holds together with placeholder text and collapses when someone adds an actual paragraph hasn’t been built properly. Every template we deliver has been tested with realistic content variations so it behaves correctly under the conditions your team will actually use it in.

the process

Two to three weeks. Your team equipped and operational.

We begin by reviewing your brand identity and understanding which materials your team produces most frequently. The kit is built from that specific inventory — not a generic suite, but the templates your business actually needs.

 Book a call
01 Brand review and template scoping
We review your brand identity in full and audit the templates your team currently uses or attempts to use. From that review we confirm the exact template list for the kit and the tools each template will be built in. This step ensures the kit reflects what your business actually produces, not what a generic template suite assumes.
02 Design and build
Every template in the confirmed kit is designed and built. You review the primary templates at the midpoint — typically the presentation master and one or two other high-priority pieces — and provide consolidated feedback before we complete the remaining templates.
03 Testing, refinement, and delivery
Every template is tested with realistic content variations before final delivery. All files are packaged in your team’s preferred formats, the brand usage guide is produced, and a walkthrough is included — a call or recorded video covering how each template works, what to customise, and what to leave fixed.

Things worth knowing before we begin.

Schedule a free consultation
Do I need to have my brand guidelines before we start?

Your brand identity should be defined and documented before we begin — at minimum a confirmed logo, colour palette, and typography system. The kit applies that identity to templates with precision; it doesn’t develop the brand itself. If your visual identity isn’t yet established, the Logo Starter Kit or Brand Identity Package is the right first step.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding typically takes three to five business days. We use that time to brief the team on your brand, set up your project dashboard, align on turnaround expectations, and confirm your first month's priorities. Most clients have work in production within the first week.

Who will I be working with?

You have a dedicated project manager as your primary point of contact, and a consistent creative team assigned to your account. The same people work your projects month after month. You are not handed off to whoever is available — your team learns your brand and your standards, and that knowledge carries forward into every deliverable.
