Our company

Who is Saije Studio?

Saije Studio is a Toronto-based design studio specialising in brand identity, visual identity, website design, and ongoing creative support. We work with growth-stage businesses and established companies across hospitality, technology, finance, healthcare, beauty, and entertainment. We think like your business, not like a vendor.

How is Saije different from a freelancer or a large agency?

Freelancers offer flexibility but rarely have the strategic depth or bandwidth for ongoing work. Large agencies carry overhead that shows up in your invoices. Saije sits between the two: a senior-led creative team with the range of a full agency and the accountability of a dedicated partner. The same people work your account consistently and accumulate knowledge of your brand over time rather than starting fresh on every project.

How many clients do you work with at one time?

We are selective about the number of active engagements we take on. This is intentional. The quality of work depends on the attention we give it, and we do not scale at the expense of that standard. If we are at capacity when you reach out, we will tell you honestly and discuss timing.

Where is the team based?

We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and work with clients across North America. Our team operates remotely, so turnaround times are not constrained by geography or a single time zone.

What industries do you work with?

Honestly, most of them. We have a strong presence with enterprise-level technology companies and a genuine love for the energy of startups and SMBs building something real. Hospitality, finance, healthcare, beauty, entertainment—the industry matters less than the ambition behind the work. If you have a vision, a clear need, and treat people well, we are interested in the conversation.

Who will I actually be working with?

Sarah, our founder and creative director, oversees every engagement personally from the first conversation through final delivery. Behind her is a small, trusted team of strategists, designers, and a project manager who have worked together for years. You will always know who is on your project and why.

Services

What’s the difference between the Studio Edit, Creative Direction, and the Creative Partner Plan?

The Studio Edit is a single, fixed-scope deliverable built for one output done properly and fast. Creative Direction is a deeper strategic engagement for a defining brand moment: a launch, rebrand, or investor narrative. The Creative Partner Plan is an ongoing subscription for businesses needing consistent creative support month after month. Most clients start with one and move into another as their needs grow.

Do you only work on brand identity, or do you handle ongoing design needs too?

Both. Brand identity and creative direction are where we do our deepest strategic work. A large part of what we do day to day is ongoing production: decks, campaigns, social content, print, and more through the Creative Partner Plan or as one-off Studio Edit projects.

Can I start with a smaller project before committing to something bigger?

Yes. The Studio Edit exists for exactly this reason. It is a low-risk way to experience how we work before committing to a larger engagement, and many long-term clients started there.

Do you offer website design?

Yes. Website UI/UX is one of our core services, from strategy-led design for a new site to tailoring an existing template to feel genuinely on-brand.

What if I am not sure which service is right for me?

That is what the consultation is for. Tell us where your business is and what you are trying to solve. We will point you toward the right engagement, even if that means honestly telling you that now is not the right time.

Do you work with startups, or only established businesses?

Both. We work with growth-stage businesses building something new and established companies refining what they have. What matters more than size is whether there is a genuine point of view worth building on.

Contact & Support

How do I get started?

Book a free consultation through the contact form. We will ask a few questions about your business and needs and let you know honestly whether we are the right fit before anything else happens.

How quickly will I hear back?

We respond within two business days, usually sooner.

What happens during the consultation?

A conversation, not a pitch. We discuss where your business is, what you want to achieve, and which engagement makes sense. There is no obligation afterward.

What do you need from me to get started?

Enough context to understand your business and what you want to solve. We will guide you through anything more specific once we know the right engagement.

Do you offer support after a project is delivered?

Yes. Every engagement includes a period of aftercare following handoff, and many clients continue the relationship through the Creative Partner Plan.

How can I reach you directly?

Email hello@saijestudio.com, or use the contact form and we will follow up from there.

Other questions

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for larger engagements like Creative Direction. Payment is structured around project milestones and confirmed in writing before work begins.

What is your cancellation or pause policy?

Creative Partner Plan clients can pause for up to 20 business days per term. Fixed-scope engagements like the Studio Edit and Creative Direction are confirmed before work begins, so cancellation terms are outlined in your proposal.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, whenever a client requires one. Confidentiality is standard practice for us regardless.

Can I see examples of your past work?

Yes. Our case studies page has a full selection of past projects across brand identity, campaigns, and ongoing creative support.

Do you work with agencies or as a white-label partner?

On a case-by-case basis. If this is what you are looking for, mention it in your consultation and we can discuss whether it is a good fit.

What size of business do you typically work with?

We work with growth-stage businesses and established companies alike. What matters most is that there is a real business behind the brand, not the size of the team.
