How many slides can you design?

Most presentation projects rangefrom 15 to 40 slides. We scope based on complexity, not slide count. Let usknow what you are working on and what you need each section to do, and we willgive you a clear sense of scope and investment before we begin.

Can you work from our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. If you have a brandidentity in place, we work from it precisely. We treat your guidelines as thebrief, not a suggestion. If your guidelines are incomplete or do not coverpresentations specifically, we will identify the gaps and make considered decisionsthat feel consistent with the rest of your brand.

What file formats do you deliver?

PowerPoint, Keynote, and GoogleSlides are our primary formats. You tell us where your team works and we build there. All source files are included so your team can update contentindependently without breaking the design.

What if we need changes after delivery?

Two rounds of consolidated feedback are included in every fixed-price project. Changes after finaldelivery are scoped separately as a revision engagement. We are always clear about what is within scope before we start, and nothing is added to an invoice that was not agreed on in advance.

Can you help us write the content as well?

We can help structure thenarrative and give feedback on the flow of information, but we are designersrather than copywriters. If the content needs significant work before it isready to design, we can recommend trusted content partners we have worked with.A well-structured brief produces a significantly better presentation, so wealways discuss content before design begins.

How do we get started?

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding typically takes three to five business days. We use that time to brief the team on your brand, set up your project dashboard, align on turnaround expectations, and confirm your first month's priorities. Most clients have work in production within the first week.

Who will I be working with?

You have a dedicated project manager as your primary point of contact, and a consistent creative team assigned to your account. The same people work your projects month after month. You are not handed off to whoever is available — your team learns your brand and your standards, and that knowledge carries forward into every deliverable.
