Print Design

Print is the thing that stays in the room after you leave.

A business card slid across a table. A proposal left on an executive's desk. A brochure tucked into a conference bag. These physical objects keep working for your brand long after the conversation has ended. They are held, kept, passed along, or returned to. That persistence is something no screen can replicate.

Saije Studio designs print materials that are worth keeping. Precise, considered, and built to reflect the quality of what your company actually is.

Cozy wooden armchair with beige cushions and a brown pillow near large glass windows overlooking a green forest.
Various smooth wooden blocks and shapes on display in a workshop with a person blurred in the background.
Blonde woman with light makeup wearing a beige blazer and white top, smiling softly against a neutral background.
Sunlit rolling hills and forested landscape with mist and layers of distant mountains at sunrise.

Some impressions can only be made in person.

There is a reason the most considered companies still invest in print. Not out of habit, and not because digital has not arrived. Because there is a category of impression that only a physical object can create.

The weight of a paper stock. The texture of a soft-touch cover. The precision of a well-set type on a well-proportioned page. These are not details your audience consciously notices. They are details that accumulate into a feeling: this company takes things seriously. This is the kind of organization I can trust with something important.

That feeling is what good print design creates. And once it is in the room, it works without you.

What we design

Every format. Every finish.
Print-ready.

We design across the full range of print formats a business needs to show up with confidence at every moment that matters.
Business cards and stationery
The first physical impression of your brand. We design business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and note cards that make that moment count. Finish recommendations included: paper weight, coating, foil, emboss, or edge treatments that elevate the standard.
Brochures and marketing collateral
Company brochures, product sheets, capability documents, and leave-behind materials designed to communicate with clarity and stay with the people who receive them. Format, fold, and layout designed around how the content actually needs to be read.
Proposals and sales documents
Printed proposals carry a different weight than a PDF attachment. We design proposal documents, pitch books, and client-facing sales materials that present your thinking with the seriousness it deserves.
Reports and long-form documents
Annual reports, impact reports, research publications, and trade documents formatted for print. Content-heavy work designed so it is navigable, credible, and visually considered from cover to cover.
Signage, posters, and large format
Event signage, office wayfinding, retail displays, conference backdrops, and large-format posters. Designed for scale, for legibility at distance, and for the environments they will live in.
Packaging, labels, and tags
Product packaging, retail labels, hang tags, and branded wrapping. Design that works at shelf level and in the hands of the customer — structural, visual, and tactile considerations included.
Merchandise and branded goods
Branded items that extend your identity into the physical world. Apparel, notebooks, bags, packaging inserts, and custom merchandise designed with the same care as your core brand materials.
Our philosophy

From brief to print-ready. No surprises.

We have refined this process across hundreds of projects. You get a direct, low-friction experience from brief to final file.

01 Brief
We begin with the piece: what it is, who it is for, how it will be distributed, and what it needs to communicate. We also establish print specifications at this stage — format, quantity, finish, and your preferred vendor or timeline — so the design is built for how it will actually be produced.
02 design
We design the piece in full, with print production settings correct from the start. You review a digital proof at the midpoint, with finish and paper options indicated where relevant.
03 Refine
One round of consolidated feedback is included. We incorporate your notes, finalize the design, and prepare the production-ready files.
04 Deliver
Final files delivered in print-ready format: PDF/X, packaged InDesign, or the format your vendor requires. A production notes document accompanies any piece with technical complexity.

Questions we
hear often.

Do you work with our printer, or do we need to use yours?

We work with your printer. We prepare files to their specific print specifications, including bleed, safe zones, colour profiles, and resolution. If you are still finding a printer, we can make a recommendation based on the type of print job and your budget. Either way, the files we deliver are production-ready.

What file formats do you deliver for print?

Print-ready PDF is our standard output, built to your printer's specifications. We also deliver the working files in the format your production process requires, whether that is InDesign, Illustrator, or another tool. File organisation and naming conventions are included so anyone in your team or supply chain can find what they need.

Can you design screen and print versions of the same document?

Yes. This is one of the most common requests we handle. Screen and print versions have different requirements: colour profiles, resolution, interactivity, and file size all behave differently across formats. We design for both from the start rather than adapting one for the other, which produces a better result in each medium.

What if the design needs to be updated after we have already printed?

We keep all source files organised and accessible. If a document needs to be updated for a reprint or a new version, we scope the revision and turn it around quickly. If you anticipate regular updates to a document, we can build it in a template format that makes future changes more straightforward.

How do you handle brand consistency across print and digital materials?

We design print and digital as part of the same visual system, not as separate disciplines. Colour values are translated correctly across RGB and CMYK. Typography choices are applied consistently. The goal is that someone who sees your brochure and your website should immediately recognise they belong to the same brand, without the print version looking like a photocopy of the digital one.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding typically takes three to five business days. We use that time to brief the team on your brand, set up your project dashboard, align on turnaround expectations, and confirm your first month's priorities. Most clients have work in production within the first week.

Who will I be working with?

You have a dedicated project manager as your primary point of contact, and a consistent creative team assigned to your account. The same people work your projects month after month. You are not handed off to whoever is available — your team learns your brand and your standards, and that knowledge carries forward into every deliverable.
