How it works

Three steps. Most clients are producing work within a week.

The CPP is designed to be low-friction from the start. A clear process, a fast onboarding, and a team that is producing work for you quickly.

01 Discovery call

A conversation about your business, your brand, your current design situation, and what you need to produce consistently. This is where we establish whether the CPP is the right model, which plan fits your volume, and what the first month's priorities look like.

02 Plan selection

Based on the discovery conversation, we recommend the plan that fits your actual needs. Not the most expensive one, the right one. If your needs change after three months, we adjust.

03 Onboarding

Your dedicated team is introduced, your brand is briefed in full, and your project dashboard is set up. We align on brand guidelines, communication preferences, turnaround expectations, and the queue for the first month.

04 Ongoing delivery

You submit requests through your project dashboard. The team manages intake, scheduling, production, and delivery. You review and provide feedback. We handle revisions. Month after month, the work gets more efficient as the team's knowledge of your brand deepens.

05 Monthly Review

At the end of each month we review what was produced, how credits were used, and what is coming up. If you need more capacity, we scale up. If you need less, we adjust. The plan evolves with your business rather than requiring you to manage around it.

What kinds of design work can I use credits for?

Everything Saije offers: brand materials, presentations, social media, digital design, print, infographics, packaging, ad creative, website UI/UX, and event design. Credits apply across all of these within a single plan. You do not need to pre-select which services you will use.

How flexible are the credits?

Unused credits roll over for 31 days. If you have a heavy month coming, you can draw on next month's credits early at no extra cost. Additional top-up credits are available at your current CPP rate. The plan is designed to work with how creative needs actually behave.

What is the minimum commitment?

Three months. This is the time it takes for the team to build genuine knowledge of your brand and for the engagement to reach its natural efficiency. In practice, most clients continue well beyond that.

Can I pause or change my plan?

Yes to both. Plans can be paused for up to 20 business days per term. You can scale up or down at any monthly review with no penalty. We would rather adjust the plan than have you managing around it.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

reelancers need briefing from scratch every time. Availability is unpredictable, quality varies across engagements, and there is no accumulated knowledge of your brand. The CPP gives you a consistent team that deepens its understanding of your business month after month, with a project manager handling all coordination so you do not have to.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding typically takes three to five business days. We use that time to brief the team on your brand, set up your project dashboard, align on turnaround expectations, and confirm your first month's priorities. Most clients have work in production within the first week.

Who will I be working with?

You have a dedicated project manager as your primary point of contact, and a consistent creative team assigned to your account. The same people work your projects month after month. You are not handed off to whoever is available — your team learns your brand and your standards, and that knowledge carries forward into every deliverable.
