Sales Representative

12-Month Contract.

We are a growing creative agency specializing in producing high-quality digital content and brand experiences for our clients. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a remote 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a confident and motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and experience in B2B sales within creative, digital, or marketing industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Remote (EST time zone preferred)

Responsibilities:

‍

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    • Research and identify potential clients in key industries.
    • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
    • Manage and update prospect lists in our CRM.

  • Sales & Relationship Management:
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Follow up on leads and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s goals.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
    • Provide regular sales reports, updates, and insights to leadership.
    • Gather client feedback and relay it to improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

‍

  • Proven sales experience (2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in creative, digital, or marketing services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Passion for creative industries and an understanding of branding, design, or digital marketing is a plus.
