Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Art Director and Senior Designers to create visually compelling designs across various platforms. You will contribute to projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned deliverables.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Design & Concept Development
  • Assist in creating and refining visual assets, including social media graphics, web banners, presentation decks, eBooks, infographics, display ads, and marketing materials.
  • Translate client requirements into effective, on-brand design solutions.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts to design projects.

• Production & Execution
  • Produce drafts, prototypes, and final designs based on feedback.
  • Prepare print-ready files and digital assets optimized for various platforms.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and design best practices.

‍

• Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with senior designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute projects.
  • Take on special design tasks such as color correction, image retouching, or typography refinements.
  • Be open to constructive feedback and continuously improve design skills.

Qualifications:

‍

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with design techniques, including wireframing, mockups, and print-ready file preparation.
• Strong understanding of visual elements such as layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have): Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, motion graphics (After Effects), or Figma.
