Built a concept bakery brand from name to full execution, heritage with a modern hand.
The challenge was to create a Parisian bakery brand from just a name and make it feel like it had been around for decades.
La Maison du Délice began as a creative exercise. There was no existing name, business, or client brief, just the task of imagining what a modern Parisian bakery could look like. The project involved creating everything from the ground up: the foundation, the name, the brand’s position, and its visual identity. The goal was to make it all feel as if it had been around for generations, since heritage and warmth are what make a bakery brand feel authentic.

A visual language shaped by timeless craftsmanship and guided by a contemporary touch.
We crafted design elements that weave together a narrative of heritage and artistry, inspired by the charm of a classic Parisian bakery yet realized with a fresh, modern spirit. Pattern, typography, and colour were chosen to feel inherited, as if passed through generations, so the brand instantly evokes a sense of storied history.

A brand that feels steeped in history, yet is crafted entirely from scratch.
Here, the patterns and typography do the heavy lifting, their subtlety ensuring nothing appears desperate to mimic the past. This careful restraint lets the sense of heritage feel genuinely earned.
