Built the rulebook that lets NetApp's partner network use its brand correctly, every time.
NetApp needed its partner network using its brand correctly, without needing to ask each time.
NetApp was not looking to reinvent its brand, but to safeguard it across a vast network of partners. Partners needed straightforward, unmistakable guidelines for co-branding, ensuring NetApp’s identity remained unified and unmistakable, no matter who used it.

A guidebook built on examples, not just rules.
We built an easy-to-use guidebook that paired every rule with a real example of correct and incorrect usage, so partners could check their own work against a clear standard rather than interpret written guidelines on their own.

Brand partners can confidently apply the brand without needing to seek approval first.
Partners now have a strong reference guide to work from, and NetApp can trust that its brand is being applied appropriately across its co-branding network, without needing to review every partner application individually.
